Notice: We do NOT believe that issuing your own “Bond” or your own “Promissory Note” to try to pay off a debt is an effective approach in 2015/2016 and beyond. Before going that route, you may wish to first set up a consultation with our experts, to gain some insight from the experience and wisdom that we have acquired in dealing with over 300 calls/emails per week for the last 220 weeks. That adds up to about 66,000 inquiries that we have been able to listen, learn, and observe what works and what doesn’t. Issuing your own bonds to pay debts, can in some instances be dangerous so we hope you do not use these certificates to do that.
Notice: These documents are NOT intended for your use in any legal procedure/process, because they are without the full and complete outlines and accompanying documents, strategies, and expertise necessary to sufficiently achieve a likely remedy.
If you have a legal issue you wish to endeavor, and wish to grab these documents without sufficient training and experience from a seasoned professional/expert, you do so at your own risk and disclaim UCL/this website/its associates from any liability.
If you are new or inexperienced, my goal is that by offering you access and review of these documents, and enabling you to edit or prepare your own documents or a practice set, it will assist your study by giving you something tangible that can be used out there in the real world. By typing up or preparing legal documents for practice that will never be used, this is the way you can learn quite a lot, at a time when you are not pressured, stressed, or attached to an outcome.
The Cease and Desist Letter: The cease and desist letter is the only letter that is a “grab and go” letter — it is common knowledge, common sense information that no expert need charge for.
If you have a debt collector trying to contact you and calling your telephone and it is annoying and you’d like the calls to stop, just use this letter, send it certified mail. Then when they call again answer the phone, identify your name, be polite, and explain to them that you sent a cease and desist letter “from my lawyer” (even though it was from you — you are your own lawyer). By saying this, it will put them on edge. You may need to speak to the supervisor if the first individual is not helpful.
This is the ultimate test in tact, negotiation, and poise. Success in life is about people skills, communication skills, and negotiation. Read books on sales, persuasion, negotiation — it will overflow into every area of life.
Now at least you bought time — and you can, in peace, without the phone ringing 5 times a day, try to research and investigate how to beat, cancel, or discharge the debt, or just protect your assets so the debt doesn’t impact you in any way. You can do so from a place of peace and privacy.
We believe combining the private (where you can exercise unalienable rights in common law as a private citizen) and the basic rules of navigating a claim or defense through the court procedure, can be a winning combination — so make sure you learn both.
