You may call and speak with the SALES/INQUIRIES DEPARTMENT at Extension #1 for free for a reasonable length of time to inquire about if UCL can assist you with a particular issue as well as to get acquainted with our caring family – all for free and without appointment by calling our Hotline at 505-340-3632, Extension 1. Please no not send e-mails asking for appointments, do not send e-mails asking we review paperwork before hand. Just call. Your inquiry will be assessed verbally by a trained, professional, and authentic team member, [usually by Tyler’s right-hand colleague, the optimistic and upbeat James, or possibly someone else during high-call volumes]. This party will assess if there is any match to be connected to an expert at a later date or if one of the offerings/services we offer would be the right match for you.

Again, there is no fee and no advance notice is necessary. However, during high call volume times, you may be waiting in queue for several days or perhaps up to one week (more or less), so please leave a professional, quality voice mail. Due to high volume and management of time towards those who know what they want ahead of time, unintelligible or unsophisticated or confused voice mails may be skipped or put to be called back after succinct, good-quality messages. We do return every phone call. Answer your phone from random numbers, because our team member may call you from a different number. However, if you feel you did not receive call back within one weeks time, you can try again after one week or sooner than that if it’s a timely inquiry that must not wait. Also, if you do not have a voice mail system set up on your phone, it might be part of the reason why you “think” you did “not get a call back”. We probably called you back when your phone was off or out of service range – as we do return every call. We want to serve all inquiries, and either answer your questions in this arena or point you in the right direction, this is what we love to do. So no, we do not “never return your call” as once or twice a year weird people allege…instead it’s probably your own problem by either a. not having a voicemail and checking it, b. not answering calls from other phone numbers. I’m glad I made you laugh by reading this… lol

You should Leave a voice message if we are unable to provide a live pick up at the time that you call. PLEASE DO NOT repeatedly or neurotically call multiple times in a row or across every extension option. ONCE AGAIN I REPEAT – Do not call over and over multiple times a day, or you will be BLOCKED AND BANNED FOR LIFE, and then never have your call returned, now or any other day.
If you do leave a voice message, please in your recording leave us the TOPIC/CATEGORY of your inquiry, so that someone with knowledge in that issue may call you back sooner.
