Understand Contract Law and You Win (UCLAYW), established in 2012, is a leading organization in the truth-seeker marketplace that helps living men and women pursue Secured Party Creditor (SPC) education, resolve complex issues, and work toward greater prosperity.
The SPC process involves taking control of your “NAME” trust through extensive paperwork, including the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) filing process. Our specialty also includes connecting members to trusted researchers and experienced private educators who can help take the process beyond SPC. For example, individuals may continue their education by exploring Holder-in-Due-Course (HDC) concepts as they relate to court cases, debt instruments, and adhesion contracts. For those seeking even higher levels of privacy and protection, guidance may also extend to the expatriation process.
