SECURED PARTY CREDITOR (“SPC”)

Greetings this is Tyler the founder of UCL…

We all know the matrix sucks and we all don’t want to be f*ed by the matrix legally, politically, spiritually, or financially. You’ve all seen or heard of processes to so-called “hack” or “exploit” the Matrix – the repetitious death cult/slave cult system run by the banks, the bad corporations, “the system”.

Here I’ll share my personal story of the journey to get here, and why I am putting this out there and looking to collaborate with people just like you. One of the reasons I’m doing it is to (a) find like-minded friends, allies, (b) financial or tactical partners to help improve the situation in the world in a bigger way, (c) to earn good karma, (d) to support my lifestyle so that I can enjoy more out of life than I have been used to.

OK so I’ve put it all out there. So here’s the story of my journey…

For 15 years and continuing (since 2010), I have dedicated my life almost every day; to study, monitor, search, and receive intel about this information – with guidance from God, luck, and rare synchronicities – and more specifically for proof of any of these processes that work to remove debt, defend against lawfare, or powerful tools for dealing with complex and burdensome legal problems – so that they can work for me and my family.

Promoting holistic cures, which was a passion of mine, made me always feel like the FDA is going to knock down my door or mess with my life, or that of the holistic doctor friends I was making along my journey. I kept seeing good people doing GOOD things thrown in jail by the governments, as opposed to bad people doing bad things. It didn’t seem right. I was concerned. Then I saw big pharma kill lots of doctors as well… why was there no attorney general’s investigating this?

Big Pharma killed way too many people in my family for me to be complacent – but I needed to tools to properly stand up to all the activism I was doing (mostly anonymous, but still). I’ve done all types of things to fight back against the evil system, one that I can tell you openly is for instance deciding to stay living with my parents to keep my expenses low and to make hours of research and attractive posts bashing big pharma and exposing corporate conspiracies to the masses.

I once ran a Myspace.com page that I got up to I think it was around like 40,000 followers. I had bought cheating software to trick myspace into making bulletin posts (basically the “feed” viewable to friends) that would appear at the top as the “most recent post” to everyone’s bulletin. At one point I remember putting all my spare money into marketing so that I can make the most amount of impact.

I purchased flyers exposing chemtrails, 9/11 truth, the federal reserve being a massive con, and so forth. I even went door-to-door handing out this info like a Jehovah’s witness :).

In true virgo fashion, I never cared about making a name for myself or becoming famous, I just wanted the job done and the results obtained or progress made. I promoted and donated to other peoples websites and causes, and gave them all credit and didn’t care how broke or poor I was.

I first heard about the UCC and commercial law info from Jordan Maxwell. I think I saw him on the Alex Jones radio show, way before Jones was the household name as it is today. I heard Maxwell explain how it was “all maritime law of the water” in today’s modern legal systems.

I had already heard/seen horror stories of how “just getting a lawyer” and staying ignorant of the law yourself – does not always produce optimum results, so I was very open to a new way and new information. In grade school, I always excelled and got A++ grades in social studies and American history.

Then I got a degree in politics/history/government. When something is interesting to me, I naturally enjoy – and even obsess about – learning everything I can about it….sort of like a highly-functioning autistic person does.

It seems naturally that in the early/mid 2000’s, when the internet really grew, the “end the federal reserve” and “9/11 truth” info eventually hit my awareness, and that led me down many related rabbit holes.

At that time, my family was f*ed over with many different legal problems, one of them my dad got messed over by a business partner’s unethical antics, which he (and my family) also become on the hook for. It stressed out my parents and I saw them fighting all the time.

I wanted these “UCC processes” to work to fix their debt and legal problems. It all sounded exciting, but do any of them work?

My First Experience Seeing a Win in Court

My friend went into debt spending his full-time fighting for issues like 9/11 truth etc, instead of working a job, he accumulated over $100K in credit card debt during this time. He began being sued by credit card companies. I went to court and saw him win his case, as the attorney for the bank/debt collector never showed up. Apparently his paperwork was strong enough to make it not worth there time to even pay an attorney to attend court that morning. We celebrated and went to lunch to meet up with another truther friend.

Since I was getting my own lawsuits from creditors around this time, and didn’t know what to do – I decided to keep my expenses low, live with my parents for a little while, and listen to every single UCC or self-help law podcast, conference call (Talkshoe.com usually hosted by Angela Stark, BlogTalkRadio.com, etc) until I could learn as much as I can.

On those calls – just a short period of time after the the 2008/9 economic crash and in the few years after, there was a MASSIVE amount of interest as people were eager to save their homes, get out of credit card debt, fix their credit and their financial (and mental) lives!

To keep it short, I made some friends on those conference calls and befriended a few who obtained extraordinary successes, getting out of court cases civil and criminal also, which to me was like the icing on the cake. If it can work to stop someone’s CRIMINAL CHARGES – it should work for ANYTHING! The saying that when the judge says “do you understand the charges?” he is asking if you consent or “stand…under…the charges” is partially true.

Of course winning a heavy case is not going to be as simple as saying “No, I do not understand”, it will take more work than that for sure. But it is true that they are asking for your voluntary consent to play the chess game to begin with.

Along that time of learning, I began mentoring and helping people with debt such as credit cards, and was happy to see successes, but also saw how persistent many of these corporations can be, and that one really needed to put a lot of effort into maintaining a win. Banks can always hire attorney’s again and try to sue you in a new case a second or third time.

Hence the importance of mastering the art of “Contracting” or “Contract Law”. Cancelling mortgages didn’t work because the attorney’s keep selling the note and bond and keep suing you under the holder-in-due-course doctrines. I saw people win only to get sued two months later and keep dragging the war of attrition out longer. I saw what to do and what not to do. (I PROMISE YOU I can save you all a lot of wasted energy and years of time!!)

Fighting the lR$ – is usually not worth it, as they fight hard too so it usually works out better for people to just rack up credit card debt enough to indirectly pay the IRS debt off. Since you can’t directly pay them on a credit card, you’ll have to get creative with your buying power, for example just buy crypto on credit and cash it out immediately for cash in your checking account, or similarly buy gold and immediately sell it, or even just buy unopened new marketable products and sell them on amazon or ebay.

And if in some time you either have a change of circumstance, don’t get the raise you wanted, don’t make enough sales for your business, and it begins to dawn on you that you can’t afford your credit debts or unsecured loans you’ve taken out, welp… there are options for the discerning law student (you) things such as – just protect all your real assets in a trust, and/or just discharge it as an SPC (and then dispute your credit reports and learn how to rebuild and apply for more credit again a year later).

I’m surprised how many people with $20,000 of unused Amex room and only $7000 of lR$ don’t simply pay them. note – Some people won’t agree with this approach and that’s cool, I highly respect where you are at, just trying to help the rest of people who are living in fear and anxiety and want a quick fix. Ya’ll opposed to creative options? OK, it’s true that I have more ideas than Elon Musk.

The Most Important Concepts I Learned In Sum

Contract Law is the world government today. I say this because Contract Law and a subset of that being the UCC (Uniform Commercial Code), is adopted in every nation and region on earth. Even within indigenous and family non-governmental rule setting or customs, it still always goes back to everyone being forced to honor their promises – or enforcement of contracts.

In the “civilized” worlds, that system of enforcing promises through the threat of violence, by the monopoly on legal use of force by the “government”, is the very thing that keeps commerce, trade, and promises continuing. It’s basically what makes the world go around. This system of buying and selling promises in the form of paper instruments – hedging bets on them being either fulfilled or discharged, and in what time frame – has created a whole world debt burden, and a very lucrative bond investment market.

It’s the only reason we don’t fall into absolute lack of accepting another’s promises. If the government can not use violence the people only make promises in a mafia system where private enforcers of contracts get involved. Isn’t this an interesting connection?

So no – “money” “debt” “US Dollars” or “federal reserve notes” are not backed “by nothing” – it’s actually backed by something very powerful and reliable – the modern legal system and the fact that someone can try to get an order from a court to knock down your door and drag you to jail for contempt of court, after too long a period of hiding from your obligations with them.

So isn’t the only reason we are getting f*ed by the matrix is because we don’t know how to use the legal system to our advantage? It turns out that most people who learn the law can probably have a whole set of claims by the government that they can pursue, and probably become a millionaire in a few short years – or perhaps even more easily just a hundred-thousand-aire if said injuries were not too severe.

Let me give you a practical example. In 2023, the U.S. Supreme Court declared the mask mandate for commercial flights during the plandemic “unconstitutional”. In Spain, it’s Supreme Court declared that locking it’s people in their homes with orders to not go outside or travel were “unconstitutional”. So don’t ALL THE PEOPLE who have ever flew commercially during the plandemic, or anyone in Spain during the plandemic have AUTOMATIC SLAM-DUNK cases to win money?

The Aforementioned Cited Plandemic Unconstitutional Cases to Profit From

In the case of Florida v. Department of Health and Human Services, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida ruled on April 18, 2022, that the CDC’s mask mandate for public transportation was unlawful. The court’s holding specifically stated that the CDC had exceeded its authority under the Public Health Service Act.

The judge found that the mandate was not a valid exercise of the CDC’s powers because it did not follow the proper administrative procedures, such as public notice and comment. The decision emphasized that the CDC’s actions were arbitrary and capricious, lacking a reasonable justification for the mandate.

In April 2021, Spain’s Constitutional Court ruled that the government’s use of a state of alarm to impose lockdowns during the COVID-19 pandemic was unconstitutional. The court found that the measures taken under the state of alarm, which included restrictions on movement and gatherings, violated citizens’ fundamental rights.

The ruling specifically stated that while the government had the authority to declare a state of alarm, the measures implemented went beyond what was permissible under the Spanish Constitution.]

(This should be a huge incentive for you to actually slowly and patiently learning enough about law to eventually actually do something about it other than fight debt!)

Then I Noticed Only Consistent Wins for SPC’s (Secured Party Creditors)

NEXT I learned that SECURED PARTY CREDITOR process is the most significant step one can take to get on a level playing field with other corporate/gov actors who come after us or our friends.

This process involves taking your name back from the corporation that deceived your parents into gifting it to them, and then leasing it back to the parents under supervision of the courts/g0v – and then also making money off of the trading of bonds on hedging bets on the fulfillment of contracts with banks, the g0v, etc, all without full disclosure of exactly everything that was going on.

Your status under the eyes of the law is that of a prisoner, or slave, or ward. And by becoming a verified SPC, you fix that, and you are on a level playing field again. And… it actually works….(caveat:) if you also have the time and testicles to also study law, procedure, rules of evidence, are or become more confident and less fearful of talking in a courtroom, etc. (And that’s what I help prep you over years to be ready to eventually do)

So eventually I become an “SPC-maximalist” and decided to help people process the paperwork to get their filings.

It’s so powerful and helpful that today I refuse to mentor anyone who is not an SPC. Unless perhaps if its some occasional like a single session coaching call, setting up an LLC, teaching you how to dispute your STRAWNAME’s credit reports, how to apply for funding from banks, or something else like that.

But we give first service and better attention to people in the “SPC Family” and I like to fill in those people with goodies and gems of wisdom and opportunities, on a special private email list that I have, just for them, as well as people we reach out to and “check in on” to make sure they aren’t missing any informative or helpful insights or offers.

There are some other people doing SPC filings, but not all of them are the same and we are very particular about the details. Also we always welcome our members to call us and stay in touch with us. In fact we often complain that they DON’T call enough, and should call to get free updates or consults more often.

So I would argue that we give the most love to our members, and provide the most hand-holding throughout the spc filing process itself. Bottom line if you want any of our other services or offerings that require you to become an SPC, please take heed and do the process with us so you know we won’t make you pay twice to do it over! That would suck!

We have lots of members who say things like, and I’ll repeat almost word for word from Kimberly from Northern Florida, who told me the other day, “Tyler, I’ve been on your site since the beginning, and I’ve seen all the others out there, and if I had a problem I needed help with, I can tell you I would only do business with you and your team.”

Not knocking anyone, in fact I like learning from other people also, just that some of the other companies out there you are just a number, meanwhile a few others are open about the fact that they haven’t “done it” they are just publicly experimenting and figuring out the processes for the first time. I don’t think there’s anything wrong about them doing that, especially that they say they are testing it.

But I need you all to ask the people who are considering the following questions “Have you done it?” and “Show me proof”. I have proof and post a lot of it on this website, and I have several others privately I can dig up to proudly show. Or I’ll simply need to tell you “no we haven’t seen any of our people successfully do that yet”. That’s my policy, to just be honest all the time.

If you join my org’s membership, just to be sure you know all the updates, you’ll want to be sure to call back at least every 3 months, to check in with us. Like keeping in touch with an Aunt, Grandparent, Cousin, etc. We want to treat appreciative loving patient respectful people like family. And become some of your friends in real life.

The Last Segment of My Journey

Fast forward years later, and my father died earlier than we wanted – in part due to the combination of choosing the wrong business partner that messed us over, plus choosing the wrong greedy oncologist. This “holistic” oncologist brainwashed him because he mixed alternative approaches, but eventually just manipulated him into being murdered by deceptive science, and killed him with chemotherapy.

I wondered if there was a way to sue him for attempted murder and fraud? (note – there are not really any cases like that yet, but this is where my mind naturally goes…if you keep supporting me, if there’s a way, I will surely figure it out.)

It’s been 15 years. So sometimes I go back and forth with “should I keep doing this”, “this is very draining”, “being on the computer is a draaag” and thoughts like this. And people are starting to wake up and do more to fight the system on their own. But they probably need a smart person like me to keep giving good ideas out there.

I recently learned of a plaintiff who sued the government and won a gigantic case that has changed one of it’s policies that affect every single one of us – and how they were inspired by my “Instead of voting or lobbying for laws to change, ya’ll should just sue the government” rant in one of my youtube videos ten (10) years ago.

After getting years of various small semi-duplicatible wins, years later, I decided to hit the law books and read case after case, comparing words in multiple law dictionaries, and become a master at understanding law. All while collecting the key data and useful info in order to teach the next generation of me a little bit faster.

I’ve done this obsessively. It’s been to much sacrifice and strain on my psyche. For the past 10 years I have never left the country to travel.

I guess I was acting out the little part of me that is “on the spectrum” obsessed with one topic. But anyway at least we have the CLBB to gain from all my decade and a half of work. I’ve put the majority of the info in a through yet concise course called the CONTRACT LAW BASICS BEGINNER’S (CLBB) COURSE.

What’s Next For Me?

Today, I am looking to take more time off but I’m also glad to mentor A FEW ADMIRING people who appreciate my work and respect a reasonable energy exchange – altho when life is amazing, we often also help people for free or who help do other things for us or our cause(s).

We can’t help everybody for free – other than there are free AUDIO LESSONS, FREE DOCUMENTS you can download and edit yourself, over 300+ free blog articles on various topics, dozens of free educational youtube videos, and stuff like that.

But think about it – sitting in front of a computer 12 hours a day wears away at one’s health and leads to burn out and exhaustion, so I prefer to put my time towards people who value my work and would like to keep me from quitting and living on a Caribbean island somewhere and re-connecting with nature for my own health and sanity.

And it’s for that reason, that we don’t sit here and respond to free emails AT ALL – and the website is constantly telling you to just call us by phone if you wish to speak, get to know us better, or engage with us. We will almost never educate you for free by reply to free emails without phone calls.

If you have donated before, that is different, you are welcome to contact us. But no vampires or free loaders, or people to shy or unwilling to have a human to human vocal conversation, other than again – the free resources we’ve already put out there.

At some point in the next few years ahead I’m bound to start a family.
