FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ) ABOUT CREDIT DISPUTING AND REPAIR:

As an SPC, can I use my credit report or SSN? Am I entering into the corporate jurisdiction by using the SSN to obtain lines of credit for my STRAWPERSON LEGAL NAME? Nope. Not if you understand SPC. That’s the beauty of doing the SECURED PARTY CREDITOR process – because you STILL HAVE and CAN USE your entity/legal name’s SSN.  But think about the process that you did yourself for a moment and try to answer your own question – you having filings reviewed, acknowledged, accepted, and filed with the STATE (thru the Secretary of State), which creates in law, a binding bilateral contract (with real consideration, you paid the filing fee remember?) Now you have bound them to what is written on these documents, if it’s ever so challenged, and you ever need to use the legal process to enforce them, and go after them for breach of contract, or other violations. The bottom line is YOU ARE NOT THE ALL CAPS NAME, it’s an entity, similar to a BUSINESS. You are running the business, but the business IS NOT YOU. You are applying for Credit, and/or disputing inaccuracies on the credit report for the BUSINESS, or for your ALL CAPS ENTITY TRUST NAME. And by so doing, you are not giving up any rights by simply using your business entity “JOHN SMITH©” or “JANE SMITH©” name. Even if you are “fully” out of the system (don’t have a SSN number in their registration system at all), you can also take advantage of use of credit for Trusts or Business entities. This is how international business people that are not Americans do it every single day. A businessman or entrepreneur in London or Paris, who has no U.S.-ties (no citizenship, residence, or address), can and does still open a business in the USA, in any State, and gets an EIN for it, and gets credit lines for it. It happens every….single….day. There is no liability to use a business to get lines of credit, unless you personally guarantee the credit lines, commit fraud, or breach some duty like fiduciary duty or other. Yet if you wish to enhance your level of reduction of liability, look into things such as hold harmless and indemnity agreements for you and the business, as well as a UCC-3 and becoming holder-in-due-course and accepting for value the business’s articles of incorporation filings. Or set up an unregistered business – that is also possible as well.
