Summary of the Secured Party Creditor Process
Although this process is certainly not for everybody, in sum, your Trust/ESTATE of “YOUR NAME” is abandoned by both your parents and you. As a result, you are seen as incompetent, a minor, and even dead and/or a slave in the eyes of the law.
That is why our community of informed living men and women—who wish to exercise their rights under the Constitution and the Republic of the State in which they domicile at (but not “in,” there is a difference)—choose to correct their STATUS. This ensures the proper standing to pursue issues such as challenging jurisdiction in or out of court.
They also seek to apply HJR-192 of 1933 (the U.S. Bankruptcy) to discharge—zero out, nullify, and extinguish—a case, cause, or account. Remember: all court cases are trust accounts.
Secured Party Creditor (SPC DONE WITH U) Webinar/Overview:
What are the steps to become an SPC? – In this essential video, we explain the foundation of the Secured Party Creditor Trust process. Watch now and take the first step toward reclaiming your legal identity.
What You’ll Receive
The SPC DONE WITH U steps encompass all that you need to become a secured party creditor, and set you up with the basics on how to operate as a secured party creditor. It includes:
a) Educating you about what the SPC process does and what it doesn’t do.
b) Gathering your information from your Birth Certificate, your address, birthday, etc., and selecting a co-trustee and beneficiaries along with their addresses.
c) Our detail-oriented clerical typists prepare over 80 pages of paperwork. This includes Affidavits, Forms such as W-8 and F56, a Bond for Deposit to set up a Treasury Discharge Appointment, UCC-1 and UCC-3 forms, an Enforceable Reservation of Rights, a Trust Declaration, Trust Meeting Minutes, and paperwork for discharging your Birth Certificate.
d) A consultant works with you one step at a time so the process is easy to follow “step by step.” They hold your hand, answer your questions, encourage you, and check your work. Finally, you mail or record various documents.
e) Your Consultant and Experienced Director teach you how to look up your UCC-1 that you posted online at the Secretary of State UCC section in your state, verify that it is filed, and (e.g., in New York) order a Certified Copy—explaining why it may be needed.
f) We’ll confirm and make sure that your Treasury Discharge Appointment was set up correctly.
g) You are walked through all your other Notices and shown where they need to go.
h) You are guided through Board Meeting Minutes and Board Resolutions, such as those to open a bank account, including troubleshooting for TRUST bank accounts.
i) You are taught how to get an EIN for this irrevocable trust (or any other entity), enabling you to set up additional entities later without relying on others.
j) You are guided through verbal role play to get your bank account for the Trust opened, with or without an SSN, and what decisions actually matter after this process.
k) You are provided with sample forms and shown how to switch your 1099/W-9 and/or W-4/W-2 relationship to your TRUST.
l) Your consultant answers other questions and suggests resources so you continue building your foundation over time. You are welcome to contact us in the months or years ahead if you have questions or need support (within reason). There are other programs for longer term mentorship so that you can keep building momentum with your post-SPC goals.
m) Approximately 15–45 phone calls, texts, and emails are exchanged to complete everything while you learn to live privately as an SPC, using your TRUST to interact with public entities.

WHAT YOU’LL GAIN AS AN SPC
1. Experiential knowledge, with forms you can use again or copy, to teach others and help your family protect assets and keep more of its hard-earned money.
2. A setup with the Treasury to discharge certain accounts, court cases, or debts. (We recommend EDU Courses to learn those processes or work directly with our team.)
3. A Fee Schedule for the violation of your rights to sue in Common Law if established beforehand. (Ask about our EDU courses.)
4. The ability for certain people to pay less taxes and—in most cases—stop withholdings; ability to file a 1041 and write off beneficiaries’ or trust living expenses. (Consult tax experts; we do not give tax advice.)
5. Protection of assets from liens, levies, garnishments, and seizures—plus training to maintain separation and protection of assets.
The SPC DONE WITH U blends expert accuracy with your hands-on involvement (signing, mailing, filing) so you learn through experience. Three experienced staff review details while you keep control—like having a personal mentor.
This process sets you up as a full-fledged SPC / Secured Party Creditor over your ALL CAPS BIRTH NAME TRUST and highest lien-holder over it. Your ALL CAPS TRUST NAME contracts; you, the living man/woman, remain private.
The SPC TRUST also supports Asset Protection and Estate Planning, and enables different tax strategies when depositing to the Trust (replace SSN with EIN, e.g., new W-9).
As an SPC, you can discharge many public debts (not private). Use discernment.
This material is for those ready to act as trustees responsibly. The goal is to honor it, master it, and avoid premature teaching.
The “SPC DONE WITH U” is our MOST POPULAR SERVICE, ideal for those serious about becoming an SPC, filing UCCs, establishing a Trust, opening a Trust bank account, creating Asset Protection and Estate Planning, setting up a Debt Discharge Account, and filing a Reservation of Rights on public record.
