Winston Shrout on Commerce
Winston Shrout has a bright outlook, he says the doom and gloom is for the bankers, the ones whoâve defrauded the people. For our own studies, in order to know whatâs correct and not correct he says to look for what complies with natural law, stick with that and weâll be on the right track.
Winston Shrout on The Rabbit Hole Of Commerce:
Here Winston Shrout suggests seeing commerce as a mirror of truth. First and foremost he says we must come to grips with who/what we are. For starters, the source of all wealth is in the people. Only people are capable of laboring to produce useful things from raw materials. The value of oneâs commercial life energy is unlimited. Winston Shrout says that the people are the principal creditors of all commerce to whom interest accrues. Put another way, he says that all comes back to the Man for resolution.
In terms of debits and credits, all comes back to zero. And ultimately we see this in Nature. In Nature things are always seeking balance. No matter how you tip the water bottle, the water will find its own balance inside that bottle, it will level itself out. When there is no balance there is no fairness. Winston says one of our main problems is not knowing how to adjust the accounts so there is equity in commerce. Fortunately we can correct our errors in commerce. In commerce exists mercy, grace and redemption.
Winston Shrout touches on some U.S. history to help connect the dots:
From the Civil War came the fourteenth amendment, supposedly to liberate slaves, but instead what it did was enfranchise all people who would accept the benefit of citizenship (a citizen is a fictional construct). This of course was and is to this day, the vast majority of the population whoâve accepted this benefit not knowing there was/is a choice to not accept it and choose something else.
Enfranchisement turns one into a corporate entity. It is not actually you that is the corporate entity, whatâs happened is that there has been a trust/a construct set up which is demonstrated as your Christian name not written in the proper English Uppercase, lowercase, but written in all capital letters instead. This is what is known as our strawman and Winston Shrout says we can negotiate with our strawman and use it to navigate through commerce. It does not have to be viewed as a bad thing or something to be afraid of. If we know how to use it it can be our ally.
As a result of the fourteenth amendment the term âcitizenâ was and is understood to indicate corporate status. All U.S. Citizens have accepted this enfranchisement. Winston Shrout says that itâs not necessarily a negative thing, but that improper use of this enfranchisement will cause problems in commerce. One example of improper use would be ignorance of procedure.
In 1933 the U.S. government declared a bank emergency, took the gold away from its âcitizensâ and put in its place a remedy for the discharge of debts (see HJR 192). Technically, to buy and sell we have to have a substance with which to do an exchange. One example is gold, money of substance as it comes from the land. But because we are using a fiat currency it is impossible to buy or sell for we are operating in bankruptcy– we are simply transferring liability on a title. The discharged debt doesnât go away, what happens is that it gets put off to a later time until surety is brought.
Winston Shrout further states that the discharge goes to the party who is responsible for the liability of citizens.
What about dollars? According to Winston Shrout a dollar is a perpetual annuity bond. The currency of any political entity (i.e. country), depends on the value of the output of people who labor. Labor is defined as âwork, toil, service, mental and physical exertion, specific task, work accomplishedâ. If something is considered highly valuable to many around the world, the producers of this valuable product, their currency will also be considered valuable. Winston Shrout gives this example: When computers first boomed, everyone wanted one. It was considered highly valuable to the rest of the world. The countries who were producing the computers, their currency became more valuable based on their product. Currency represents the product of the people.
